| PAL is part of the City of Victorville's Business-Community Recycling Partnership Program. We pick up cans and bottles from businesses and turn them in for cash. This program nets us an average of $400 a month for our animals' veterinary care. We also accept cans, plastic bottles, glass bottles, and used cell phones from the public. It's an easy way to help the animals and the environment!
